Administration: Internships |
 | | Interns will have the opportunity to participate in substantive and independent research in several diverse areas of urban policy, including but not limited to: market and demographic trends, metropolitan growth and development trends, planning and land use issues, transportation, economic development, neighborhood markets, and working family policies. |
 | | Interns provide vital assistance to senior staff members in assembling background research for programsfor example, identifying Fortune 500 companies in major cities, compiling bibliographies or potential readings for a seminar, assisting with the development of instructional materials, and researching key topics in science and technology. |
 | | The responsibilities of the intern are to assist ITS staff in providing user support and computer service by configuring and installing computers, printers and telephones, answering and directing telephone calls, assisting with web development, applications support, developing and testing documentation and software procedures, and cataloging hardware and software. |
