		The Vice Chancellor welcomed a high level delegation from the International University of Chabahar in Iran this week.
		The Chancellor of the University, Hamid Reza Mirzaei and his VC Financial Affairs, Dr Hagh-Shenas with the Head of International, Esmail Bektash were the guests of Dr Ian Graham, LJMU's Director of Collaborative Partnerships, who organised a packed itinerary for the visitors enabling them to meet with staff from the Faculty of Technology and Environment.
		Discussions are now underway with the Faculty to consider joint programmes with the International University and the Vice Chancellor has signed a Memorandum of Understanding reflecting LJMU's commitment to working with our partners in Iran.
