		The Interstate 35W (I-35W) Access Project was proposed five years ago to add new ramps to the existing highway at 26th and 28th Streets in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
		Smith Parker, a large, influential Minneapolis law firm that has been designated the I-35W project manager, is also legal counsel for some of the companies that would benefit most, including Allina Health System, Children's Hospitals and Clinics, and Wells Fargo.
