Ip Ching is the youngest son of the late Grandmaster Ip Man, and was born in Foshan, China in 1936.
Ip Ching lived with his father and his father's students would come to his house to have private lessons.
Like his elder brother, Grandmaster Ip Ching travels around the world conducting seminars and once again it was in 1991 that Master Samuel Kwok introduced Grandmaster Ip Ching to his students in England for the first time.

Through stories told by his youngest son (Ip Ching) we learn lessons that were kept private from the rest of the world for decades.

After intensive private study with Master Ip Chun in 1981, he was awarded Master Status and made senior overseas representative and chairman of the Ip Chun Martial Art Association.

Without a recomendation from one of their students, I very much doubt you will be able to train with them.
I would suggest you contact Sifu Shaun Rawcliffe at the site below, he is one of Ip Chun students here in the UK, he may be able to point you in the right direction.
If you consider the amount of people who would want to study with ip chun or ip ching I think that already reason enough for them to have criteria/be selective in who they will teach- if they didn't they would be teaching a class of about 500 every day...
