Vincent Brady (born March, 1936) was a senior Irish Fianna Fáil politician.
Vincent Brady was born in Dublin in 1936.
In 1987 Fianna Fáil were back in power and Brady was appointed Irish Minister of State at the Department of the Taoiseach, effectively Government Chief Whip.

On June 18, 2002, the Taoiseach announced that the Government had appointed with effect from June 19 the other 15 Ministers of State and that the Government had also appointed Mary Hanafin to be Minister of State at the Department of Defence.

The Irish Prime Minister, Bertie Ahern, has been urging voters not to reject a key European treaty a second time, as a government-sponsored leafleting campaign gets under way.
In an article in the Irish Times newspaper, Mr Ahern said voters should be aware of the facts before deciding whether or not to back EU enlargement as laid out in the Nice Treaty.
In June, the government released a reworded second referendum that added a constitutional ban on Ireland taking part in any EU common defence policy, believed to be a key objection in the first vote on the Nice Treaty.
