Susie's is a little neighborhood shop that supplies three of the four Chicago food groups: Italian beefs, Chicago hot dogs, and gyros (the fourth being deep-dish pizza, natch.) They also have a menu that seems to be uncontrollably expanding — little signs are stuck on every vertical surface advertising some new concoction.
