1995 Pacific hurricane season - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Ismael is the sixth-deadliest East Pacific tropical cyclone in the twentieth century. Ismael was a short-lived Category 1 hurricane that resulted in tragic loss of life around the Gulf of California.
