  True Ellipses in Isometric
The isometric projection of the sphere is simply a circle whose diameter is equal to the true diameter of the sphere.
It is important when drawing in an isometric drawing that the circle drawn is an isometric drawing and not an isometric projection of the sphere.
If a isometric projection of a sphere is drawn in an isometric drawing then the drawing will be distorted as the sphere will appear smaller than it should.

Rayman fans preparing for the quirky French creation's first DS outing may have to double the amount they scrape off their paycheque as news arrives this week that Ubi plans to launch a separate Game Boy Advance adventure during the same month.
And in an interesting twist, the game will be played from an isometric viewpoint rather than the series' previous side-on 2D approach to handheld platforming.
Having quite enjoyed Rayman 3 and his recent handheld endeavours, we'll be keeping a close eye on this one as we close in on its release.

The concept of (basic) Form and the symbols (according to WEISS, according to NAUMANN and according to MILLER -- all three methods are equivalent) used for faces and Forms are expounded in the previous Essay which generally treats of The Morphology of Crystals.
In deriving this Class and its Forms we shall repeat some things already expounded in the previous Essay on the Morphology of Crystals, but there it was meant as a specific example serving in a more general context.
Because the Holohedric Division of the Isometric System has several types of mirror planes, several types of hemihedric are possible.

 kirupa.com - Isometric Perspective
What this means, is that in any isometric representation, all measurements are to scale, no matter how far close or how far in the distance they are in view.
In an isometric perspective, you have a 3D view where, no matter where you are in that space, the object scaling retains its value and doesn't change.
Because of this lack of perspective scaling in isometric perspectives, they provide a way to represent a 3D object in 3D space while maintaining proportions and hence making it reliably measurable (for the most part).

NEN 2536 describes an isometric projection that is symmetric with regards to the vertical axis; the angle between the x- and y-axes, and between the z- and y-axes, is 60 degrees.
The figure below shows a cube in the isometric projection as defined by NEN 2536.The first object from the left in the figure is the cube unadorned; the second object is the same cube with angles and measures annotated around it.

Healthy Diet Plan > The Isometric Diet and Balanced Health
The Isometric Diet is founded upon five integrated principles: balance protein diversity unsaturated fats low glycemic carbohydrates and awareness of food priority.
The Isometric Diet recognizes the fact that the human body functions optimally when it is fueled by a balanced micronutrient ratio of proteins, carbohydrates and fats.[i] The optimal ratio for these three is 1:1:1, or the same number of calories from proteins, carbohydrates and fats.
The Isometric Diet recognizes that the human body processes saturated fats differently from mono- and polyunsaturated fats.[iii] Furthermore, the diet exploits the fact that there are some fats, called Medium Chain Triglycerides or "MCTs," which are shorter chains of 8-10 fatty acids.

 ISOMETRIC EXERCISES
Isometric exercise means to push against something that doesn't move, such as a wall.
According to Dr. John D. Fair, Chairman of the Department of History at Auburn University, the popularity of isometrics was the result of the success of some weightlifters, who took synthetic male hormones called anabolic steroids and claimed that their isometric exercises made them strong.
Isometrics are not used much any more, but the steroids are still used, even though they are banned by most sport authorities.

 Isometric Exercises
Isometric exercise is also used in rehabilitation and with the unconditioned individual since it is easier to perform than the concentric exercise.
The major problem associated with isometric exercise is that there is minimal transfer to the real world since most of our activities involve eccentric and concentric muscle actions.
Further, the isometric exercise only enhances the strength of the muscle group at the joint angle in which the stress is stressed, thereby limiting the strength development throughout the whole range of motion.

Instead, an optimal balance is achieved on a deeper level one that leads to optimal body functioning, normalized blood-glucose levels, a controlled metabolism, and a healthy satiating of hunger. This optimal balance, and particularly the point about healthily satiating hunger, is in stark contrast to some "fad diets", which seek to artificially suppress hunger.

Created by Dan Duchaine in the mid 90s, and evolved by researchers such as Dr. Barry Sears (founder of the Zone Diet(TM)), the Isometric Diet is an eating regimen that calls for a balanced ratio of protein, low-glycemic carbohydrates, and essential fatty acids.
