		The difference is that it's the president making the joke, but let's also remember he's making the joke at a venue at which presidents and other politicians regularly make fun of themselves in politicially incorrect ways.
		Yes, it's politically incorrect -- one imagines it's supposed to be.

		It's fairly difficult to offend me and I can find humor in almost anything, so I just don't know.
		That's not to say that there are no offensive jokes, it's just that the subject matter isn't what makes it offensive - it's the attitude of the person making the joke that makes it offensive.
