Itagaki Seishiro (板垣 征四郎 Itagaki Sēshirō; January 21, 1885 - December 23, 1948) was a Japanese military officer in the Guandong Army.
Seishiro Itagaki graduated from the Imperial Japanese Army Academy in 1904.
He fought in the Russo-Japanese War in 1904-05.

Itagaki was charged with having taken part, from 1931 onwards, during his time as Colonel in the Kwantung Army, in the conspiracy aiming at Japan’s forcible takeover of Manchuria.
From September 1939 to July 1941, Itagaki was Chief of Staff of the China Expeditionary Army and in that capacity he waged war against China.
Itagaki was moreover responsible for the supply of food and medical care to prisoners of war and civilian internees, in particular on various Indonesian islands during the last months of the war.
