Italkian is a modern English name for Judeo-Italian linguistic varieties, in use mainly between the 10th and the 19th centuries in Rome and in central and northern Italy.
Fewer than 4000 people today have basic knowledge of Italkian, and of these, only a small number are able to speak the language fluently.
"Italkian" is not used by the Library of Congress as a subject heading, neither does it figure as a reference to Judeo-Italian.

Although Judeo-Italian does not emerge from any specific dialect, its features reflect the demographic, lingusitic, and cultural diversity of medieval Italian Jewry, which was primarily located in the southern and south-central regions of the peninsula, with important centers at Rome and in Puglia.
Italkian, a collective term referring to Jewish Italo-Romance dialects documented from the 17th century to the present.
While Judeo-Italian appears to be a sub-stratus of Italkian, only the latter is known to have been colloquial.

If you do eat pasts and it is wheat(oooh), don't eat meats with it, just vegetables.
That is what I did before ER to not have a stomach ache on Italkian dinners.
You will have rice pasta with chocolate....Oh well what ever!
