Health in question -- terminology and background
During the 1970-80s, its basics were propagated in France and a few bordering countries by Itsuo Tsuda (1914-1984), a seitai expert trained by Noguchi.
Tsuda often pointed out that this question of "schools" and "licensed labels" might not be such a big deal in Japan.

 AIKIDO - KATSUGEN UNDO
Itsuo Tsuda came back to Europe in 1970 to disseminate the practice of "Regenerating Movement" and his ideas about the "Ki".
In 1973 he encounters Master Itsuo Tsuda in Paris and begins to follow his teaching, practising with him Aïkido and Katsugen Undo (the Regenerating Movement) for ten years, until Master Tsuda’s death.
About 1980, he turns away for good from this official vision of Aïkido, as Master Tsuda’s teaching is much more deeply in accordance with the path he wants to follow: the practice of the “Non-Doing” through Aïkido and Katsugen Undo.

An intensive practise of Yoga had not given me the expected insight into the roots of human movement.
The striking experience came from Katsugen (a sort of physical training in which the body invents movement by interrupting voluntary control), taught by Itsuo Tsuda, an expert of the Seitaï school in Japan.<1> Tsuda was also an actor in Noh theatre and a disciple of Moritaka Ueshiba, the inventor of Aïkido.
Although specific to Japanese culture, his example made it clear to me that it was possible to concile the awakening of instinctive movement with technical training and artistic achievement.
