TCW Gem V. Ltd. v Grupo Iusacell Celular, S.A. De C.V. (2004 NY Slip Op 51870(U))
Plaintiffs' Amended Complaint alleges three causes of action against the Iusacell defendants that arise from the default of the Indenture agreement and the failure to grant plaintiffs equal and ratable liens in the mortgages purportedly granted after July 25, 1997, as required under the Indenture Agreement.
