When Randy was elected Chairman of the Republican Party of Virginia in 1996, the party was saddled with $2 million in debts and liabilities.
Randy is a member of the Judicial Activism Working Group, the Bi-Partisan Congressional pro-life caucus, the Chesapeake Bay Watershed Task Force, the Congressional Alzheimer’s Task Force, and the House Republican Israel Caucus.
