JEdit is written entirely in Java, it runs well on ALL the architectures I tested it on: Windows XP, Linux, and Apple OS X. Despites long-going gossip about Java application running too slow, jEdit runs fast and it is very responsive environment.
JEdit provides tag auto completion for people who use to that and like it; HTML is one of the language whose tags are fully supported.

I don't like using bulky IDEs and jEdit works very well and is quite extensible.
At this stage I can tell you that although there is an open feature request to implement one, it is not in the current development plan for Clover.
I have not used JEdit but I would be surprised if it wasn't able to parse the output.
