The fact is that people like Jack Warner and Sepp Blatter have been making personal fortunes for decades and the people who have been paying for their greed are football fans around the world.
Jack Warner has continually used the Development Funds available from FIFA to the CONCACAF region etc to give the impression that these funds are coming from his own pocket and claiming that the relevant football associations are indebted to him…..corruption and deceipt at the highest.
Warner, of course, got in a bit of heat before for using his power to pocket money from World Cup sales and apparently FIFA’s meager reprimand then did not stop him from doing it again.
