Jackie Chiles - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Jackie Chiles is a fictional attorney portrayed by American actor Phil Morris.
Jackie Chiles is an obvious parody of famed attorney Johnnie Cochran; both are bespectacled, mustachioed, fl lawyers with similar names and penchants for grandiose vocabulary.
Chiles describes her actions as "lewd, lascivious, salacious, outrageous!" The lawsuit fails when Kramer demands she try on the bra to prove it is hers.

Morris is, of course, Seinfeld's Jackie Chiles, a fast-talking, Johnnie Cochran-lampooning lawyer who represented Kramer (Michael Richards) in a number of frivolous lawsuits.
Chiles is Morris' best known role, but he appeared regularly on UPN's Love Boat redo, and he had small roles in such films as Wag the Dog and Star Trek III: The Search for Spock.
