Jacqueline Ellen Last O'Neil (better known as Jackie O; born January 31, 1975 in Adelaide, South Australia) is an Australian commercial radio host, known nationally for the Hot 30 Countdown with Kyle Sandilands, and previously with her ex-husband Ugly Phil.
Jackie O has also hosted a variety of television shows, most prominently the Popstars series, in which televised auditions were held to select members of a vocal group.
In 2006 Jackie O's performance as host of this show meant she was voted Australia's Worst Female TV Personality in The Fuglies which are the Australian anti-televsion awards.

I'm not sure if they mean the radio station or the pastor of the church, Bob Shuler, who owned the station and was pastor of Trinity Methodist Church where the KGEF studios were.
On radio, the LS suffix is derived from the initials of L)arry S)teckline, who built or bought a chain of radio stations he sold off the last of a couple of years ago.
Occasionally, radio stations were just plain confounded by their call letters yet they still needed a slogan.
