		Games of the Jagged Alliance series center on strategically controlling mercenary squads, on and off the field, who fulfill various missions such as freeing countries from oppressive dictators.
		Jagged Alliance mercenaries can choose to save up their alotted action points during their turn to attempt an interruption of the enemy turn.
		At the moment, Strategy First owns the IP and has published Jagged Alliance: Wildfire and is extending the series with Jagged Alliance 3D and Jagged Alliance 3.

		First of all, Strategy First (the current owners of the Jagged Alliance license) have put up a special Jagged Alliance section on their forums.
		Jagged Alliance 3 will be done to retain the flavour of the previous games while adding what needs to be added to make it the best current gaming experience in its genre.
		Jagged Alliance 3 isn't announced, Sir-Tech is driven to the ground and the Jagged Alliance license is sold to Strategy First, and they don't have any of the original JA crew on their payroll.

		Jagged Alliance 2: Unfinished Business was a little slow to market and, as a result, it feels a little more dated than it might have if it had reached store shelves closer to when it was actually ready to go.
		Jagged Alliance 2: Unfinished Business does offer gamers a lot for their money, but a richer overall experience will be had with the original Jagged Alliance 2.
		That said, the Jagged Alliance series of games are highly original, and although Jagged Alliance 2: Unfinished Business's additions to the series aren't monumental, they do represent some moves in the right direction (hopefully there'll be a Jagged Alliance 3 and it'll be even better than everything that's come before).

		UB is a combat-orientated game built on the excellent turn-based engine of Jagged Alliance 2, and though it does lack for both an integrate story line and modern graphics, it still comes across as a gripping game with good play and an excellent sense of humor.
		I would recommend playing Jagged Alliance 2 before looking at this one, as the term add-on suggests, even though it does not require the original to run.
		I have no problems enjoying a game such as Fallout 2, or Jagged Alliance 2, or even the (ancient) original X-com, regardless of how pretty it is as long as the feel of the game isn’t compromised.
