 Secret Wars: The Three
The second member, who I’m led to believe is called “Jakita Wagner” by the other members of the Three, comes from a notable line, although some of her ancestors are not ones to be proud of.
Jakita’s personal history and the circumstances under which she joined the Three are not known, and as with the other members of the Three I am unaware of their financial backing.
In early 1999 he was approached by Jakita Wagner and made a member of the Three (presumably at the behest of their mysterious backer).

Jakita Wagner is a gorgeous young woman of immense physical prowess who wears a fl leather outfit with red trim and shags mysterious, morally dubious London magicians.
I always figured Jakita was the daughter of the general from the preview issue.
From his reveal of Wagner's father, with his casual insult of him and the notion that he doesn't really have any intense interest in 'protecting' her, because she isn't his kin, to his good cop/bad copping with Drums, through letting all those people above them die, he just seems to be leading them along.

History: Jakita is the daughter of "century baby" Kevin Blackstock (essentially Ellis' answer to Tarzan), and a scientist from the fabled city of Opak-Re.
Opak-Re had a strict no-interbreeding law, and once Jakita's existence was discovered the townspeople left the infant on their little entry pier and sealed their golden city away from the world (supposedly forever).
Elijah was lucky enough to return to the city as it was sealing and saved Jakita, who he fostered with a German couple he had encountered several years before, the Wagners (apparently they had a run-in with space aliens).

She is the daughter of Kevin Sack, Lord Blackstock, and therefore has the genes of one of the Century Children in her blood, conferring upon her near-immortality.
Her mother, Anaykah of the hidden city of Opak-Re, gave birth to Jakita back in 1934 (as shown in Issue 17).

The Comics Get Serious--Review of Planetary
Planetary, which comes with not a few secrets of its own, is run and funded by the mysterious Fourth Man. The stories open with Jakita Wagner, a self-confident and extremely strong woman, recruiting Elijah Snow, a crotchety, slowly-aging centenarian with cold powers, to be the Third Man in their little investigative team.
Whatever he may think about individuals, he has a sense of responsibility for humanity and a deep dislike for the Four and others who seem to be holding humanity back.
Jakita Wagner, somewhat less developed, is nevertheless attractive for her self-confidence, as well as for her obvious enjoyment of what Planetary does.
