Jam (TV series) - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The series consisted of six twenty-minute episodes, and, unusually for a TV show on a commercial channel, had no advert break in the middle.
Jam is sometimes referred to as being "controversial", but in spite of containing scenes many would find quite disturbing (and prompting at least one article in the Daily Mail), it nonetheless did not receive the same outraged headlines as the Brass Eye episode on paedophilia Chris Morris produced the following year.
One of the most controversial sketches of the series shows a woman begging a plumber to "fix" her dead baby.

Interceptor (TV series) - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Principal among these was the titular Interceptor, a tall man dressed in fl, armed with an infra-red projector mounted on his left forearm (the technology for which was procured from the British Army), and possessed of an intimidating fish-eagle screech.
During the course of the series, more or less everything from bicycles to Sea King helicopters were used.
Here, the series gained a whole new generation of fans, and at one point even spawned discussion on Challenge's website as to production of a new series, fuelled by the channel's resurrection of the UK version of Fort Boyard.

 Review for: Jam (TV Series)
The series progresses through the 6 episodes, with the male nudity, and urination, (the camera angle here being particularly unkind to the viewer) not appearing past episode two.
The very suave parents 'relaxed' reaction to their missing child, ("I'm sure he's just sleeping overnight at the school") is a shared highlight, the tale of man who jumps from the first storey of a building 40 times, and the subsequent explanation as to why, being the other.
Its a nice package in all, but while the series is awash with talent, chock-full of potential, and reaches the highs of comedy at times, it remains 'hit and miss' throughout.

A former journalist with a wealth of TV, radio and magazine experience, Prue has also run her own marketing and media consultancy, and continues to be a major player in Australian public relations.

And for those TV programs that were once based on hard news, this is the road they must now follow in order to get ratings.

With Jam, the TV follow-up to his Radio 1 series Blue Jam, Chris Morris focuses more on unease more than the satire of Brass Eye.
Jam comes from the point of view that: when your life is screwed up and you're feeling very depressed you often find dark and weird things funny...if you do then WELCOME TO JAM!

The programme, structured in a simliar manner to his cult BBC Radio One show 'Blue Jam', featured a series of sketches, loosely bound by a continuous semi-ambient soundtrack.
