Out of the [2] Jerk Seasonings we now have on the SNS site, I decided to try out the [3] Walkerswood Traditional Jamaican Jerk spice first.
Having never cooked jerk chicken, I had to do a bit of research before hand and after about an hour of reading 100’s of different recipes I learned that essentially ‘jerk’ is whatever you make of it.
Simply mix some of the jerk seasoning with a little bit of oil (I used olive) and rub the chicken well.
