Henry was a farmer, and he and Sallie had a total of fourteen children, all born in Titus County, Texas.
Their children were: James born sometime in 1901; Mamie Jane born on November 12, 1902; Thadius Anderson born February 28, 1904; Frank Lee who was born in 1905; Lizzie was born on February 1st 1908 and died on February 21, 1908.
Henry and his family moved to Fouke, Miller County, Arkansas sometime around 1928 and he died in Fouke on December 10th, 1933 at the age of 51 of a Heart Attack.

Henry Reynolds Stewart was the ninth child of James and Drusilla Reynolds Stewart of Salem Township, Delaware County, Indiana.
Henry was the youngest child in the family, and received the best education he could attending the local common schools.
Henry was binding the wheat and his father was a short distance away driving the reaper when his Uncle Jonas came to take Henry's place and to inform him that word had been sent for him to go into the service.

In his journal, James Madison Trussell stated that his father was born in Frederick County, Virginia, the 11th day of May 1770, and was brought up in Chester district (now county) South Carolina, and was baptised into the Baptist church the 3rd day of July 1803.
James may have returned to Chester County when the last bit of his father's land was sold to Thomas Cockrell on 29 March 1808.
James Madison says "From the time I was 20 years old up to his (John's) death we, as partners and administrators, transacted and settled $1500.00 or $1600 in business and we never disagreed or disputed over anything in conduct or business.

Henry Reynolds was the seventh child and sixth son of William Reynolds and Jane Milliken.
On February 19, 1832 Henry Runnels of Franklin county, Tennessee bought a one-half acre lot situated in the county of Jackson and town of Bellefonte, Alabama.
It is believed that both Henry and Mary are buried in the Reynolds Cemetery in Jackson County, Alabama.

This short monograph considers the contribution made by Dr Henry Reynolds to the High Court of Australia’s conscious rejection of Australia’s history in the Mabo Judgment of 1992.
Reynolds relates that he and his colleague Noel Loos ‘ had the unpleasant task of explaining to him (Mabo) the doctrine of terra nullius...It was a shocking revelation and one that hardened his determination to fight for justice.
Reynolds added that the ingredients of the Mabo case came together ‘ at a land rights conference at the university in Townsville where he (Mabo) and several of his associates met some of the leading land rights lawyers and academics’.

In the case of Bromhead it was technically one rank because his fellow officers were killed at Isandhlwana, making him the senior surviving lieutenant of the 2nd Battalion of the 24th Regiment.
Reynolds was present at the final battle at Ulundi on 4th July 1879.

The genealogy chart to the left shows my ancestors beginning with my father, Glen Hopkins Reynolds, and ending with my great great grandfather, Thomas J. Reynolds.
Although Thomas Reynolds' father is discussed at some length in the various journals, his first name has yet to be determined, so it isn't included on the chart.
