James is devoted to his church and volunteers a huge amount of his time to Grant Memorial where his electrical expertise and vast building and contracting knowledge are a Godsend.
James is not only known for his electrical acumen, but he is well respected for his generous and cooperative spirit.

Hines, who started in racing in the mid-1990s, owned about 60 horses, including broodmares boarded at his farm south of Owensboro near Utica.
Hines raced four earlier stakes winners, including grade II winner Ruby Surprise and homebred Elusive Chris.
