James J. Morgan (born 1942) is a former American executive who served as CEO of Atari from 1983 to 1984 and CEO of Philip Morris USA from 1994 to 1997.
Morgan served as chairman and CEO of Atari from September of 1983 until July of 1984, when he was fired by Jack Tramiel, who had just purchased the home computer and video game division of Atari from Warner.
Morgan was appointed president and CEO in 1994 and retired from Philip Morris on November 1, 1997.
