 [No title]
Wray pointed out, "When you do serve someone by publication, reality is that they probably don't get notice unless they're hiding out and perhaps looking for it." He stated publication within the state is needed to help matters reach a conclusion.
Wray responded that in the case of NRCP 128.070, which deals with termination of parental rights, there is a provision that the court may, if it wishes, go beyond normal attempts to locate a person.
Senator James voiced his understanding a violation of NRS Chapters 484 or 706 presently allows prosecution for the misdemeanor of the traffic violation, but does not allow the judge to effectively consider that a death was caused in handing down his sentence.

Unbeknownst to Claudia Wilson, James Wray and Rebecca Wray are unable to have children of their own and, for that reason, have been trying for many years, without success, to adopt a female child.
James Wray and Rebecca Wray then put the children in their car, where they were taken to Amherst County, Virginia, about 70 miles from Roanoke.
The explanation given for this was that there was not enough room in either the house of James Wray or of the house of the Grandstaff's to accommodate the mother and the three children together.

KITTANNING - Public defender James Wray may not have been alone in questioning whether homicide defendant Chase Silvis could have formulated specific intent to kill on the night of the death of Jennifer Delacour, 20, of Kittanning.
Wray argued yesterday before Judge Kenneth Valasek that the Commonwealth did not prove that Silvis formulated an intent to kill and that evidence offered by both the defense and even prosecutors indicate that Silvis was highly intoxicated.
The argument was part of a motion filed by Wray for an arrest of judgement and a new trial for Silvis.
