The lineup of this band almost reads as some sort of supergroup with drummer Jan Axel von Blomberg, AKA "Hellhammer" from MAYHEM, guitar genius Carl August Tideman, from TRITONUS and Lars Eric Si on vocals and bass from KHOLD.
Tideman’s axework is very impressive and I am not usually a fan of the guitar virtuosos.
Blomberg’s work behind the skins, while not too flashy, is very tight and professional, as you would expect it to be.

Strongly influenced by progressive and avant-garde metal, the album was concept-based, dealing with themes of war and post-apocalyptic destruction.
