Arden also played trumpet in a band called Hiphugger, but gave that up quickly and busked with her guitar on the streets of Vancouver until someone punched her in the head, knocking her unconscious and scooping up $4 in revenue from the guitar case.
Jann Arden recorded her first album, 'Time For Mercy', in Los Angeles with collaborator Ed Cherney (Eric Clapton, Bonnie Raitt).
Jann Arden's second album, 'Living Under June' (also recorded in LA with Ed Cherney), sold six-times platinum in Canada and 500,000 in the US (despite a snubbing from their AAA formatted radio stations) for total world-wide sales of 1.3 million.

'New York Times' review of 'Separation'
Separation, screenplay by Jane Arden, based on her original story; produced and directed by Jack Bond; released by Continental Distributing.
It's almost as if Jack Bond, the director, and Jane Arden, who wrote the story and stars in the film, were afraid that without these instructions the uninformed movie-goer would mistake their surreal fantasy for something that looks suspiciously like a soap opera about — of a all things — the menopause.
In addition to Miss Arden the cast includes David de Keyser as her husband (sometimes as her fantasy psychiatrist) and Iain Quarrier as her lover.

EMLS 9.2 (September 2003): 7.1-8 Review of In Arden: Editing Shakespeare
This collection of eighteen essays by past and present Arden editors is a fit and welcome celebration of Richard Proudfoot's eminent career as Professor of English at King's College, London, general editor of the Malone Society Reprints, and general editor of the Arden Shakespeare, third series.
Performance is one of In Arden's recurrent topics -– not surprisingly, as Proudfoot is an avowed advocate of the theatre.
In Arden also includes a number of contributions that address in one way or another the question of evidence, especially (but not exclusively) in relation to issues of textual authority.

And to avoid the possibility of confusion, don't forget to read Jane Armstrong's Preface, in which she makes it perfectly clear that this book is _not_ primarily a dictionary of words.
I would give Arden's a lukewarm recommendation in that it could fulfill a need, and there are not many choices.
