Revew - Xenocide - Orson Scott Card
The inescapable fact that Card is a tremendously lazy author and large sections of the book are strolls down memory lane doesn't’t help matters.
Xenocide recounts the efforts of Ender, his new family of Rubeiras, and the newly reunited sister Valentine—with the indispensable help of Jane—to solve the problems of saving humans, buggers, pequeninos, Jane, the psychological balance of Ender’s new family, and the denizens of Path.
Xenocide’s immediate predecessor occasionally lapsed into the "dull" and the "irritating" but these dubious qualities are maximized in Xenocide with the heavy doses of half-baked philosophy and the endless unsympathetic pain of the Rubeiras.
