As a result, I tend to believe that he is the progenitor of some of the many Morris Co. Skinners who appear in the records towards the end of the 1700's.
I assume that the Morris Co. Skinners are directly related to the Skinners who begin to appear in Somerset, Sussex and Warren Counties towards the end of the 1700's and early 1800's.
