Janice Hart - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Janice Hart was an unsuccessful candidate for the office of Illinois Secretary of State in 1986.
Hart appeared in the news again when she assaulted the Milwaukee Archbishop Rembert G. Weakland with a piece of raw liver to protest what she perceived as his support for the International Monetary Fund.
Hart ran on the LaRouche platform, including quarantining of AIDS patients, investigation of the drug smuggling cartels led by Henry Kissinger and Katharine Graham, and strong support for the Strategic Defense Initiative and nuclear power.

 Liberty Magazine
Hart believes Moore's bias stems not so much from his judicial record, as from his outspoken and public stand for God and what they consider to be the judge's continual blurring of the line between church and state.
For Hart and her client, those religious values are the crux of the matter; for Roth and Moore, those values aren't even relevant.
But Hart and her client continue to skirt the bounds placed by the sodomy law and focus on what they consider a clear bias in their custody battle.

On February 5, 1993, the BATF destroyed the home of Portland, Oregon resident Janice Hart and terrorized her children for several hours in a case of mistaken identity.
Acting on an informant's tip that Janice Hart was Janice Harrell, a wanted person, BATF agents broke down Hart's door (later nailing it shut), shoved dishes to the floor, ripped clothes from hangers, emptyed drawers.
Hart looked nothing like the BATF's picture of Harrell, and did not have the scars Harrell was known to have.
