		Japanology at Trier University may be studied as a major or secondary subject, or as a subsidiary one.
		It is highly recommended to the students of Japanology that they complete a year's study stay in Japan under a grant by the DAAD (German Academic Exchange Service) or governmental financial support (BaFög).
