		JAR file is a file format based on the popular ZIP file format and is used for aggregating many files into one.
		A signed JAR file is exactly the same as the original JAR file, except that its manifest is updated and two additional files are added to the META-INF directory, a signature file and a signature block file.
		All the jar file paths are relative to the code base of the root jar file.
