		Modern Jass is the latest development in the series of Jass tools.
		Modern Jass uses Java 5 annotations for its input language, while many language design descisions were taken from Java Modeling Language (JML) for assertions.
		Jass 3 will no longer use it's own input language, but will use the Java Modeling Language (JML) for assertions.

		Many of the most popular card games in Switzerland, especially in the German speaking cantons, belong to the Jass group, and are played with characteristic Swiss cards, which have come to be known as Jass cards.
		So popular has Jass become in Switzerland, that even games which have nothing to do with the Jass group are sometimes described as kinds of Jass, and the word jassen has come to mean playing any card game with the Swiss pack.

	Review \| Jass by David Fulmer
		Sorry to disappoint, but the funereal pace of Fulmer's historical tale continues through the climax (which, as all mystery lovers know, should at least contain an exciting denouement, if not a surprising unmasking of the culprit -- neither of which are to be found here).
		Jass methodically plods along as Creole detective Valentin St. Cyr (introduced in Fulmer's previous mystery, the Shamus Award-winning Chasing the Devil's Tail, 2001) tracks down a serial killer who's roaming the streets of his city's red-light district, Storyville.
		To be fair, Jass begins promisingly enough -- a character is killed in brutal, startling fashion, much like a typical prologue to a CSI episode.

		Think of the word “jass” in the same way you would think of the word “Cool.” Since the 1950’s the word “cool” has been used in general language slang meaning something is good, likable or great.
		Prior to 1916 the word “jass” was supposedly used in general language slang meaning to do something with vigor and energy.
		The use of a slang term “jass,” a hit recording and changing the name from jass to jazz by the Original Dixieland Jazz Band forever secured the word jazz a musical definition term.

		Jass is played by two to four players, or occasionally six players, with 36 cards of four colours and nine cards of each colour, namely the Ace, King, Queen, Jack, Banner (or Ten), Nine, Eight, Seven and Six.
		Whenever it is someone’s turn to call the trump colour and they don’t have a good hand (several cards of the same colour), they pass the decision on to their partner.

		The music it played, however, was fresh and bright when compared with the popular music of the day, and the musicians in the group were more than competent in their performance.
		Original Dixieland Jass Band (after mid-1917 spelling changed to Jazz) was a New Orleans band which, in 1917, was the first ever to make a jazz recording.
		The Original Dixieland Jass Band are often known by their initials, the O.D.J.B. The band consisted of 5 white musicians who had previously been playing in the Papa Jack Laine bands, a diverse and racially integrated collection of musicians who played for parades, dances, and advertising in New Orleans.

		JASS is the scripting language used by wc3 maps and AI scripts.
		You need to know GUI before learning JASS: It is actually easier to learn JASS without knowing GUI, generally to learn JASS you have to unlearn plenty of things you learned in GUI cause they pollute your mind.
		Having experience with other programming languages would help you learning JASS but it might also be a hazard cause you would find JASS to be really limited, luckily we managed to invent a dummy Object Oriented programming for JASS, and gamecache allows you to invent a lot of things like pointers and that stuff.
