Jatiyo Sangshad Bhaban, designed by Louis I. Kahn, houses the National Parliament of Bangladesh.
Construction of the Jatiya Sangsad Bhaban was begun in 1961 by the then Government of Pakistan as a permanent building for the federal legislature of both West and East Pakistan.
The Jatiyo Sangsad Bhaban is a part of the entire Jatiyo Sangsad complex, which includes lawns, lake and residence for the Members of the Parliament (MPs).

The global coordinates of the Jatiyo Sangshad Bhaban are 23°45′44.99″N, 90°22′42.60″E.
The Bhaban consists of nine individual blocks: the eight peripheral blocks rise to a height of 110' while the central octagonal block rises to a height of 155'.
Although entrance to the Bhaban, the Main Building, is prohibited to unauthorised personnel, the Jatiyo Sangshad complex is open to visitors.
