 | | In essence, Rajputs and Jatts are not really Kshatriya, they very few who were placed into this caste during their time of arrival into India was for one reason only, they shared similar physical build, military prowess, and aggressiveness as that of the original warrior caste, Khatris (Kshatriya). |
 | | Most of the Jatts and Rajputs were the actual foot soldiers and fought on the frontline, where as the Khatris and Rajputs were the rulers, kings, military commanders, etc. of their armies. |
 | | Jatts, Rajputs and other races (mostly all were mixed bred) came to India from Central Asia (5th-8th century AD) long after the original Brahmins and Kshatriyas (Khatris) settled in India (also from Central Asia, and are considered the original Aryans, 1000 BC approx.). |
