Jay D. Hill, PC, MP, (born December 27, 1952, in Fort St. John, British Columbia) is a Canadian politician and member of the Conservative Party of Canada.
Hill has served in various roles for his party, including Chief Whip as well as the opposition critic for national defence, transport and justice ministeries.
On February 6, 2006, Hill was made a privy councillor (giving him the style "The Honourable" and postnomial "PC" for life) and the Chief Government Whip, a critical position in the minority Conservative government.

Residents of the Jay Hill Acres area, just north of Bladenboro off NC 131/410, are continuing their drive to get government officials to work with them to address a drainage problem that plagues the community.
Dove said that attempts to get the two landowners to allow the canal to be dug through their property were obviously going nowhere and that the county should take action to address the problem as a health hazard in order to initiate a condemnation proceeding to allow the canal to be completed.
Jay Hill Acres resident Dale Clewis, who lives beside the canal where the water backs up, said in a Friday interview that it would take about 2,500 feet more to run the canal out to a ditch across the NC 211 Bypass.
