 | | Jeff: We met through our bass player, Peter Arcara, who is my cousin and was best friends while growing up with Mike and Steve...the 1st rehearsal, I think we just played several MXPX songs...but it took us a solid 2 years to really determine the kind of sound we wanted to have. |
 | | Jeff: It is very difficult, especially on tour, to blend all of the unique personalities of a band, but it definitely teaches you to accept that everyone views things differently, what is important to me, may be that last thing on one of the other guys minds, but compromise and developing relationships is key. |
 | | Jeff: It would just be similar to what I said previously...just work hard, write music for yourself, not for the current trend, and have fun because it is very easy to take this too seriously and forget that this was your dream as a kid. |
