Hammond found the ONE wide release this weekend that was screened, Lions Gate's The Condemned with WWE's Steve "don't call me Stone Cold" Austin and gave it that big squishy kind of money-on-the-nightstand love that Hammond is known for.

The Hare - the interval in Jethro Tull's 'A Passion Play', annotated at the Ministry Of Information
Hare wisely rejects the conflicting advice of the various 'gurus' or religious leaders, realising that a clear vision is within himself all along, represented by the spare pair of spectacles.
However, having heard band members speak in interviews, it is clear that the true narrator was Jeffrey Hammond-Hammond, its author.
Few people realise that Jeffrey was the author of 'The Hare...'; Andy suggests that the credit to Ian and John was solely for the music, which had already being played during the Thick As A Brick tour.

Tentative Review by The Christopher Currie: Jethro Tull - Living In The Past
From the ragged beauty of "Song For Jeffrey" to the relative compositional maturity of, say, "Life Is A Long Song", the difference of only a few years is quite pronounced (both due to Anderson's development as a writer and the acquisition of band members more suitable to his tastes).
"Song For Jeffrey", driven by the ill-fated partnership of Ian Anderson and Mick Abrahams, shows JT as they never really were, but presumably wanted to be in their earliest days.
The Hammond team of Anderson and Cornick doesn't really break new instrumental boundaries, though this reviewer will admit that the introduction of keyboards here is a decent enough introduction to the next membership change as any...

Ground and Sky review - Jethro Tull - Minstrel in the Gallery
One of Jethro Tull's most important formalistic contributions to their genre was their pioneering usage of additive rhythms and beats (a technique discussed at length in Allan Moore's excellent book Rock: The Primary Text and referenced in Paul Stump's The Music's All That Matters: A History of Progressive Rock).
The style is fully matured on Minstrel's ensemble pieces, distinguishing Tull's rhythm section (drummer Barrie Barlow, bassist Jeffrey Hammond-Hammond and, later, bassist John Glascock) as among the most creative in all of progressive rock.
Additionally, Anderson continued to rely less and less on riffs as musical foundations and instead built his songs by weaving together different melodic lines, which increased the compositional potential for harmonic creativity and was conducive to unorthodox verse/chorus structures.

Album Rock - Minstrel in the Gallery [Bonus Tracks] Jethro Tull / CD / 2002
The title track is a superb showcase for the group, freely mixing folk melodies, lilting flute passages, and archaic, pre-Elizabethan feel, and the fiercest electric rock in the group's history -- parts of it do recall phrases from A Passion Play, but all of it is more successful than anything on War Child.
Martin Barre's attack on the guitar is as ferocious as anything in the band's history, and John Evan's organ matches him amp for amp, while Barriemore Barlow and Jeffrey Hammond-Hammond hold things together in a furious performance.
Anderson's flair for drama and melody come to the fore in "Cold Wind to Valhalla," and "Requiem" is the loveliest acoustic number in Tull's repertory, featuring nothing but Anderson's singing and acoustic guitar, Glascock's bass, and a small string orchestra backing them.
