When I was a practicing Jehovahs Witness I remember once a disfellowshipped woman with small children had attended a Thursday night JW group meeting that ended about 9:45 PM.
The question was asked, “Is there any context of involvement with Jehovahs Witnesses that is not direct abuse, indirect abuse, or a set up for abuse?” We batted this around for a couple of hours and concluded that in every situation we could come up with involving JWs there is a real or potential victim.
