I found several Bielskis - one that belonged to the Jasienczyk - clan, another that used Jelita coat of arms, a third with the szreniawa coat of arms, a fourth with Trzaska coat of arms and a fifth with Wieruszowa coat of arms.
Apparently Bielski must be associated ith one of the mentioned coat of arms or heraldic clans to be regarded as a noble and as having a coat of arms.
Normally the name of the coat of arms is put before the surname (Bielski) ex.

Polish "proclamatio" arms of the Jelita herb, the legend of which is given at http://www.polishroots.com/herbarz/jelita.htm.
So, in addition to being the arms of the Zamoyskis (or Zamojskis), these are also the arms of a number of others families, as listed on the link.
