My name is Jon Fay and I own Fay Farm in Jericho, Vermont, one of the largest assemblages of land in Chittenden County.
Conditional use permits have been issued by the Town of Jericho permitting the retail sale of lumber and agricultural products, the construction and sale of small outbuildings (tool sheds, small garages, etc.), the construction and rental of camp buildings on the property and the conversion of some of the structures into rental storage units.
The discrepancy is attributed to the fact that the parcels comprising the farm were never surveyed and were assembled by my family over a period of nearly 100 years.
