	UGO.com Film/TV - Jericho Review - Fall TV Guide: 2006 Edition
		The writers of Jericho set several plates spinning in the pilot including Jake's mysterious past, a prison bus escape that happens during the chaos, and, in the chilling final shot, the realization that nuclear fallout is on its way, something developed brilliantly in the second chapter.
		Jericho is still far from perfect and is unlikely to set the television world on fire like Lost or 24, but it shows great strides in the right direction in its first two episodes.
		Jericho is the kind of show that's going to have to have a clear finish line (they can't still be in a fallout shelter in Season Nine) which almost makes it more interesting.

		The tale is set before the return of Donna Troy and the betrayal of Indigo so the events in the story have a certain irony.
