Action TV Online - Star Maidens episode guide
Shown very sporadically in the UK it was given very little publicity, though it did spin off a now highly collectable annual, jigsaw, Corgi novel and colouring book.
The series had a budget of £50,000 per episode, quite generous for the period, but was beset by production problems and struggled to finish its run causing writer Eric Paice to call on old associates John Lucarotti and Ian Stuart Black to help shoulder the burden of scripting.
Notes : Ian Stuart Black wrote the Dr Who stories The Savages, The War Machines and The Macra Terror.
