As a puppy she just loved to jump into my arms, or anyone elses arms for that matter, with no forwarning whatsoever that she is going to do so or when trying to move her she will move very nicely and than suddenly leap into the air.
Now that Jive has completed her Championship we will start to focus on a variety of other activites including agility, obedience, therapy dog work and off course free style dancing.

Jive is a non-progressive partnered (latin) dance, danced in both open and closed dance holds.
Lambada is danced with the whole body, not just the legs — in fact the word lambada derives from Brazilian Portuguese; referring to the flowing wave-like motion in a whip — this is mimicked by the dancers bodies and is one of the characteristic elements of lambada.
The dance hold varies: in the east coast swingout the dance hold is relatively relaxed, and the left-to-right hands may be at waist level; whereas in the whip, the dance hold is higher with the leader's right hand on the follower's left shoulder blade.
