Jody Davis - a Review of The Phantom Tollbooth
Jody Davis isn't as hook-happy as one would expect from a Newsboy, but is also not an ambitious guitar-god record as might be expected from a lead ax-slinger.
Jody Davis' debut effort is neither of these; instead, it is a collection of songs written out of a lifetime of music which is pleasantly more about the songs than the one singing them.
Davis, guitarist for the Newsboys, has released his self-titled album and proven that he is just as successful as a solo artist as he is with The Newsboys.

 OSCN Found Document:DAVIS v. STATE
Davis claimed that Jody stood up while she continued her lecture and that he then stood up, got angry, accused her of being in his face and told her to “back up,” pushing her backwards.
He said that Jody was saying something about the time and he said that the sex was not worth his time and that he understood why Jody’s husband was having an affair.
Davis has no legitimate constitutional claim that his rights were violated when it was he who elected to take the stand and offer yet another version of the events that attempted to account for the State’s evidence, but that the State could ultimately discredit in rebuttal.
