Maggard and his mother's testimony was that on July 11, 2001, Maggard was at his job and when he came home that afternoon about 5 p.m., he observed the truck on the property leaking fuel.
Maggard's testimony at his deposition is that he saw a stream of diesel fuel emanating from the truck, but could not tell whether it was from the nozzle of the fuel line or some other place even though he stood about one to two feet from the truck.
Maggard, in his deposition admitted that at one point he told one of the Barnhill employees that the leak was a drip.

As i was reading the artcle about ronald suing mcdonalds, i stopped and thought to myself should somebody be able to walk over someone even if they are huge coorporation, NO they shouldnt thats why i am taking a stand and gonna back joe maggard all the way.
Trying to take advantage of joe maggard like they are doing is very wrong, and just to let you know you have my support, and hopefully the support of many others
Joe Maggard should be applauded for having the courage to stand up to McDonalds.
