		JOGRE is a java based client/server game engine and API created by Bob Marks.
		It is used for the easy creation and execution of online real time games such as chess, checkers etc. JOGRE is designed to be an open source equivalent to popular gaming websites such as Yahoo!
		JOGRE is currently in alpha release 0.1 with the next release 0.2 planned in early march.

		JOGRE uses the GPL and OGRE uses the LGPL (GNU Lesser Public Licence) so they will never become commercial products in the sense of being closed source.
		I think JOGRE is better in the Java category as opposed to the network category (although JOGRE is both).
		JOGRE is less concerned with fancy graphics (which OGRE is) and more on the multi player experierence of flat 2D games such as Chess, Checkers, Connect 4 etc.
