John Billingsley (born May 20, 1960 in Media, Pennsylvania) is an American actor, known for a number of memorable TV and film characters, perhaps his most famous being the role of Doctor Phlox on the television series Star Trek: Enterprise.
Billingsley was born in Media, Pennsylvania and raised in Connecticut.
Billingsley currently resides in Los Angeles, California and remains active in theater.
