John Bluthal - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
John Bluthal (born 1929) is a film and television actor, mostly in comedy.
Born in Galicja, Poland, he emigrated to Australia with his family in 1938 at the age of ten.
Bluthal is a man of many voices, like Milligan's former radio colleague Peter Sellers, and he was used somewhat like Sellers in Milligan's later work.

Bluthal was in this, too, in probably the funniest scene, near the start as a blind beggar with a "minkey", actually the lookout man for a gang of robbers, who keeps the demoted, on-the-beat Clouseau distracted: "You see, I am a musician, and the monkey is a businessman...".
